Instruction to the Applicants

1. Fill out completely and submit the application form online. Only the online applications shall be accepted. Hand-filled paper application form has been discontinued, is no longer used, and is not accepted.
2. Provide the information exactly in the same format and style as instructed in the form. Perform spell-check and review the form for completeness before submitting the form.
3. Do Not provide the location or landmark for the home and college, like, “behind…, above…, below…, opposite…, near…” in the address; provide only the postal mailing address of the residence, the school and the college.
4. Do NOT suffix your First name with “bhai”, “lal”, “das”, “chandra”, “kumar”,”kumari”, “ben”, “mati” and etc.
5. Indicate the Semester or the Term (yearly) Fee amount. Do NOT indicate or include the Admission Fee.
6. The information in all the fields in the application form is compulsory and must be provided in their designated fields. Indicate “N/A” if certain information is not applicable. Do not leave any field blank.
7. Providing your bank information in the application form is a MUST. The form cannot be submitted otherwise.
8. The application form shall be signed with digital signatures and the completed form shall be submitted electronically.
9. Do not provide false information since all information will be verified. Providing false information shall constitute the denial of scholarship no matter how complete the application form is submitted, or how eligible the applicant is.
10. Seek assistance and obtain clarification from the VET if in doubt or if any requirement is unclear.
11. Upload the required documents (See “Supporting Documents”). Assure that the required documents are legible, not upside down, straight and not crooked, before uploading them (Only scanned copy will be accepted, not the cell phone-photocopy).
