The Trust wants to provide financial assistance to all deserving and eligible students but only to those who accept the Terms and Conditions, and follow the Rules and Regulations of the scholarship program and the Instructions to the Applicants. No exceptions.
The Trust will disapprove any application which is not in compliance with all of the above, and will not bend, break, deviate from, relax, override or overlook any requirements of the program and will not reconsider any application to give scholarship if once the application is submitted and is disapproved.
Once submitted, students cannot resubmit their applications again correcting any mistake, major or minor, because the program does not provide an option to delete and replace the same student’s data twice. The data gets stored in real-time as the student fills out the application form. Therefore, the students are requested that they carefully read the Instructions to the Applicant before they begin, and before they submit their application.
Students and their parents should not approach the trustees of the VET and attempt to persuade them to change the decisions made by the Program Administrative Committee which will be final binding and irreversible.
- Q.1. Is a guardian’s digital signature acceptable if my parents are not around and not available?
- A.3. One of the two parent’s signature (any parent) is preferred however, a guardian’s signature may be acceptable only when both parents not around. However, the Trust may still want the parent’s confirmation and concurrence, if someone other than them signs. In any case, the student’s signature, in lieu of their parent’s signature will NOT be acceptable, and the application will be disapproved.
